Dr. Melinda Spaar - Veterinarian

Dr. Melinda Spaar graduated from the University of Maryland College Park with a Bachelors of Science degree in Animal Science in 2003.

She went on to receive her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree in 2008 at Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine in Blacksburg, Virginia.

She joined the Loudoun Veterinary Service family as lead veterinarian in August 2021. Dr. Spaar's professional interests include preventive care, early disease detection, and dentistry.

In addition to her role at the hospital, Dr. Spaar enjoys spending time with her husband, son, Golden Retriever, and black cat.
